Yes, those instruments are priced cheaply, but they are made cheaply too. Many cheap instruments break easily, don't sound as great, and end up wasting money in the long run.

Students need to start with mallets for school and home use. A bell kit will be used at home for practice. The complete kit comes with mallets and instrument, but not a separate bag to bring mallets to and from school.
Most of these come empty. You can pick any of these to build your own kit. Use the Mallet Pack link to purchase a set to fill the bag.
These would be used for carrying back and forth to school.
