Doors will open at 6:15 for families to find seats. Concert is free to attend and will start promptly at 6:30.
The 3rd Annual “Conduct the Band” raffle tickets will be sold at the door. $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 tickets. Don’t miss your chance to direct the Wind Ensemble. Get a chance to be on stage and make great music!

Hi Band Families!
Our first outing this year is coming soon! Wind Ensemble and Concert Band will be performing at Ontario Reign Hockey Game on Friday, October 18, 2024.
Students will perform 2 times during the game, first the national anthem right at 7 pm and then again at first intermission.
All students and attending families need tickets to enter the arena. Band families can sit together in section 217. Tickets will $25 with fees.
Your purchasing options:
1. Your student will be identified as a single rider. They will be dropped off and picked up by a family member. They will be assigned to me (Mrs. Newland) for the entire event. You will send $25 cash to me so I may purchase the tickets as a group. Deadline for single riders is October 14.
2. Your student attends with parents/family. You will purchase all needed tickets for your group by using this band link. Deadline for all family tickets is October 15. Students will be released into family care at the end of the second performance.
Ruth Musser Middle School Band (fevo-enterprise.com)
Tickets will be sent electronically to the email you use to purchase the tickets. Proof of tickets will come to your email and you will need to use the app AXS. You can transfer tickets to all members of your group within the app.
*Note: by using the band link, $2 from every ticket comes back to us. A different link will be sent school wide for family night, but $5 from every ticket will come back us. If you choose to have different game tickets, fine, just let me know the section to release your child to you.
All Members:
-All transportation is student responsibility to and from the Toyota Arena in Ontario.
-Students are responsible for instruments to and from the event. Storage of cases may be available during the game.
-Arena is 100% cashless; students may want to purchase snacks after the second performance.
All other details will be communicated as we get closer to the event.
This is a favorite event each year. It’s going to be great!
